jililove Platform Rules

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jililove ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all use of the jililove website, mobile-optimised browser application, and any related services offered under the jililove brand.

By creating an account, accessing any part of the platform, depositing funds, placing a wager, or claiming any bonus or promotional offer on jililove, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by all its terms. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of jililove and close your account.

This Agreement is supplemented by the jililove Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and any game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail solely with respect to that game.

Access to and use of jililove is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. jililove enforces a strict 18+ age policy and does not permit access by minors under any circumstances. By registering, you declare that you are 18 years of age or older.
• You must be a natural person (an individual human being). Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, or other non-individual legal persons may not open player accounts.
• You must be the sole and beneficial owner of the payment method(s) you use to deposit funds into your jililove account. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, cooling-off period, or voluntary or involuntary exclusion from online gambling platforms at the time of registration or at any subsequent point during your use of jililove.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of jililove, nor an immediate family member or household member of such a person.

jililove conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on all accounts as part of its player verification process. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the KYC process and to promptly update such information if it changes. Providing false or misleading information during KYC is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

To access the full range of jililove services — including sports betting, live casino, and slots — you must register a player account. You may only hold one active account on jililove at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts (whether using the same or different personal details) is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

Registration Process

During registration, you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a Bangladesh mobile phone number, and a secure password of your choosing. All information provided must be accurate and must match the identity documents you will subsequently submit during the KYC verification process.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jililove account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jililove will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify jililove support immediately at support@jililove.

jililove strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as authorised by you, regardless of whether your account credentials were compromised due to your own negligence.

jililove supports a range of local and international payment methods to ensure Bangladeshi players can transact conveniently and securely. All transactions on jililove are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit on jililove.
• Your KYC verification must be completed in full before your first withdrawal is approved. This includes submission of a valid NID or passport.
• jililove reserves the right to request additional documentation — including proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the applicable wagering requirements of the relevant promotion. Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.
• jililove does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jililove accepts no responsibility.

jililove offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be communicated at the point of offer. In addition to those offer-specific terms, the following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions on jililove:

• Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus balance or bonus-derived winnings can be converted to real-money funds eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Player. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available to each eligible player once only. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and is a material breach of this Agreement.
• Eligible Games. Wagering requirements must typically be met on eligible games only. Bets placed on certain game categories — including but not limited to live sports betting, progressive jackpot slots, or table games with a bet spread strategy — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards wagering requirements. Eligible games and contribution rates are listed in the specific promotion terms.
• Expiry. All bonuses have an expiry period, after which any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. While a bonus balance is active, the maximum permitted bet per spin or per wager may be capped. Placing bets exceeding the maximum permitted amount during active bonus play may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Abuse and Exploitation. jililove reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold bonus-derived winnings, and close accounts where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a bonus has been claimed or used in an abusive, fraudulent, or exploitative manner — including but not limited to systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play.

By using jililove, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with all applicable laws and in a manner that is consistent with the fair, responsible, and lawful use of an online gaming platform. The following obligations apply to all players at all times:

Prohibited Conduct

• You must not attempt to defraud jililove or any other player on the platform, including but not limited to match-fixing, collusion in multi-player games, use of unauthorised software (bots, automated bet-placement scripts, odds-scraping tools), or exploitation of system errors and glitches.
• You must not use a VPN, proxy, or any other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your location or identity.
• You must not engage in any form of money laundering, chip dumping, or using the platform for financial transactions unrelated to legitimate gaming activity.
• You must not harass, threaten, or abuse jililove staff or other players through any communication channel available on the platform, including live chat and support tickets.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise access the platform's source code, algorithms, or back-end systems without express written authorisation from jililove.

Responsible Use

You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that jililove is intended solely as a form of entertainment. You agree to use the platform's responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — if you feel that your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic. You agree that all funds deposited into your jililove account are from legitimate sources, represent money you can afford to lose, and are not being deposited on behalf of any third party.

jililove reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Detection of duplicate accounts held by the same individual.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. A dormant account fee of ৳100 per calendar month may be deducted from the account balance after the 12-month inactivity period, subject to a minimum balance requirement.
• At the player's own voluntary request — players wishing to close their account may contact support at support@jililove. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

Effect of Closure

Upon closure of your account for any reason, your real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided your KYC verification is complete and no fraud investigation is pending. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jililove, its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruption.

jililove provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in platform reliability and target a 99.9% uptime SLA, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical defects at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where operationally feasible.

Force Majeure

jililove shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, acts of government, civil unrest, pandemic, telecommunications failure, or denial-of-service attacks.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute relating to a bet outcome, game result, or account transaction, you must contact jililove support at support@jililove within 30 days of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. jililove will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and within 14 business days of receipt. The platform's records shall, in the absence of manifest error, constitute the definitive record of all transactions and game outcomes.

By using jililove, you agree that your total liability claim against the platform in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
